Section 181
Don't get killed by negligent act
(1) No one should kill someone by acting negligently.
(2) A person who commits an offense under sub-section (1) shall be imprisoned for a term of three to ten years, except in the case of sections 177, 178 and 179, and shall be fined between thirty thousand rupees and one lakh rupees.
